“I’ve come to learn that until you get to a place where you admit you are powerless over your addictions & compulsive behaviors, fully surrender those things to God, believing that only a power greater than you can restore you & heal you, you will remain stuck in addiction. Learning to deal with my trauma & inner wounded child without resulting to numbing the pain & defaulting to running away from my darkest thoughts & myself hasn’t been easy but truly Jesus is Lord🙌🏾. 2023 has taught me to fully trust God & His ability to fully bring us out of the things that we want to get out of when we are truly ready to go through the process & put in the work. If you are struggling to get out of addiction, you quit for a few days/weeks/months then you find yourself back in the same spot, DON’T GIVE UP I’ve been there😊I quit so many times can’t even count but still went back to the same thing again & again…” – Kush Tracey
