Well, Primary Cillah is a teacher and educationist who also doubles as a content creator. She uses her platform to share educational tips with parents and pupils. Aside from that, she is also a philanthropist.
On a number of occasions, she has carried out kind gestures at the school where she teaches, Westlands School. On one special occasion, she paid for the surgery of a pupil who had been struggling with a medical condition that made it difficult for the child to use the toilet normally. According to the school’s principal, Teacher Cillah footed the bills with her own money.
Friendship with George Ruto
Teacher Cillah’s content has spread far and wide across the country. As a big figure in the social media space, she jokingly spoke some days ago about her desire to meet George Ruto in person. To our surprise, George Ruto slid into her comment section, expressed interest, and eventually reached out to her via direct message.
And just like that, George Ruto visited her school and went to her classroom to teach her pupils some arithmetic and multiplication.
Criticism
Cillah has not always had it easy balancing her teaching profession with content creation. Some days ago, the Teachers Service Commission issued a formal warning that was indirectly targeted at her regarding professional conduct on social media, following her viral posts directed at George Ruto.
The commission cautioned that any teacher found engaging in cyberbullying or unprofessional online behaviour could face administrative sanctions and disciplinary action.
