How To Apply For Job Vacancies At Ministry of Defence
A couple of job vacancies have been made available at the Ministry of Defence. The available positions include Garden Assistant III (CSC 15), which has 30 vacancies and requires a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of D+ (Plus) or its equivalent qualification.
The Support Staff/Sanitary Cleaner (CSG 16) position has 15 vacancies. In addition to a KCSE mean grade of D (Plain) or its equivalent qualification, applicants are required to have a Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
The job vacancies is available from December 30, 2025 until midnight of January 20, 2026.

- Applicants are expected to download the PSC2 (Revised 2016) from www.publicservice.go.ke
- Upon filling the downloaded form, applicants are to send the completed form together with copies of the required certificates to the Principal Secretary’s office- Ministry of Defence, P.O. Box 40668 – 00100, NAIROBI or hand delivered to Ulinzi House gate off Lenana Road.
Submission deadline is 20th January, 2026.
